Ingredients :

  • 2 plates (500 grams) of White Rice

  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce

Fine spices:

  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 piece of big red pepper

How to make :

  1. Heat the oil, put the margarine, stir until melted. Put the onion and fine spices, sauté until fragrant.
  2. Put the shrimp and squid, stir until it turns a reddish tint, set aside on the edge of the pan.
  3. Add the leeks and eggs, scrambled until cooked, then mix them together with the shrimp and squid.
  4. Add rice, sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, tomato sauce, pepper and powdered broth. Stir all until evenly mixed and cooked. Lift.
  5. Serve alongside the complements.


  • Use medium low heat so that the rice does not burn easily and serve the fried rice immediately after it is cooked.

  • 500 grams of fresh squid, remove the skin and ink lalo cut – cut into pieces
  • 100 grams of pineapple, cut into rectangles
  • 150 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolve with a small amount of water


  • 4 cloves of garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 1 onion, coarsely sliced
  • 3 curly peacock peppers, thinly sliced in strips
  • 4 tablespoons bottled chili sauce
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar

How to make ;

  1. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
  2. Put the calamari, stirring the squid until it changes color. Add chili sauce, ketchup, red chili kriting, salt, sugar and water. Mix well, cook to a boil.
  3. After that put the pineapple, stirring for a while. Pour the cornstarch solution, stir until the gravy thickens.
  4. Pineapple calamari soup is ready to serve.


  • Cooking this calamari is easy – it’s easy already. Because if it takes too long to cook, the texture of the squid will become tough or clayey. So to keep the calamari feeling tender, just cook the calamari for a few minutes (2 to 5 minutes).

  • 1/2 mango mengkal (medium size), small longitudinal cuts
  • 400 ml of water
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil

  • 6 cloves of shallots
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cm turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 pecans, roasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

How to make :

  1. Sauté the spices finely until fragrant. Put the fish, cook until it changes color.
  2. The cuttings pour water, cook to a boil and the spices infuse.
  3. After that put the mango slices, cayenne pepper and red chili slices. Cook until the mango is slightly wilted, remove from heat and then serve.


If you find it difficult to find a mango, this ingredient can be replaced with star fruit. For the recipe above, just use about 8 star fruit or depending on taste.

The amount of chili can be adjusted to each taste or maybe it can be disambiguated, if you don’t like spicy.
