Foodies often try new things and can’t get by with the same food. If when drinking tea in the afternoon your stomach wants something crispy and savory and wants to try something different without having to bother, try making a burger. Burgers can be created quickly and the ingredients are variegated.
1.Black Bean Burger
Crush the cooked black beans and mix the chopped shallots, garlic, carrots and capsicum.
In another bowl, mix the cornstarch with water, add cumin powder, chili sauce, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
Pour those ingredients into the black bean mixture and add breadcrumbs and flour to get a thick dough.
Pour the dough into pieces into a butter-smeared pan and then bake until cooked in the middle.
2.Burger Paneer
Cut the paneer to form a steak. Mix the chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice with the flour and then make a coating dough.
Smear the paneer pieces with the dough and then coat them with breadcrumbs.
Fry the steaks until golden brown.
The practical paneer patty is ready, now just arrange the burger with selected ingredients such as lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and so on.
3.Vegetable Burger
Crush the boiled kidney beans, then add grated carrots, potatoes, onions, corn on the cob, powdered garlic and salt.
Mix well and then shape it into bread.
Fry or grease with oil and bake until the middle is cooked through.
Arrange burgers topped according to your choice and enjoy this healthy and delicious snack while relaxing at home!
4.Veggie Cheeseburger
If your child loves burgers but doesn’t like to eat vegetables, then this is a suitable snack for your little one.
Heat the butter and oil, then sauté the chopped onions and garlic.
Add pieces of beetroot, carrot, chickpea and capsicum tubers.
Add tomatoes, salt and pepper, mix well.
Bake the burger patties, add the fillings, the fried onions, the cheese, and then cover. Serve with ketchup.
5.Falafel Burger
Puree onion, coriander and garlic. Add the boiled chickpea beans, ground oats, flour, and feta cheese, then stir.
Take the mixture according to the desired amount and then shape it like bread.
Then, fry the patties for burgers.
To make it somewhat different, use humus instead of mayonnaise when compiling burgers.
