How to Make Fried Kwetiau

  1. Heat the oil.
  2. Sauté the garlic, add the shrimp, meatballs, chicken, and eggs, then stir.
  3. Add the choy/caisim, toge, and, the chives, stir again.
  4. Then add kwetiau, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, stir evenly, and cook until cooked.
