Pecan Pie Cake
Pecan pie is my popular Lag pie. It beats out apple pie (narrowly) and demolishes squash pie (which I actually don’t like at all – it’s a texture abstraction). - 2 cups unsalted butter room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 2/3 cups dark brown sugar
- 2 cups pecan halves
Pecan Pie Filling:
