PECAN PIE CAKE

Pecan pie is my popular Lag pie. It beats out apple pie (narrowly) and demolishes squash pie (which I actually don’t like at all – it’s a texture abstraction). We never had pecan pie growing up, or any merciful of Sin pie or dessert to be genuine. Thanksgiving was a tradition that we adopted after we affected here.

  • 5 large egg whites
  • 2 cups unsalted butter room temperature
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 2/3 cups dark brown sugar
Assembly:
  • 2 cups pecan halves

INSTRUCTIONS :
Pecan Pie Filling:
